Boots Etc. was established in April of 1991, in downtown Commerce, Georgia. We have grown from a 500 square foot shop in a house, with one employee; to now, a 16,000 square foot building with 25 employees.
No, we do not offer a gift wrapping option at this time.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. We’ll notify you by email when your order ships and if any items are sold out or on back order.
If you need to change your order before it is shipped, you need to contact the Shipping department between Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Central Time at 706-335-2668. We can change the shipping method, reduce items quantities, or cancel items on your order. Unfortunately we cannot increase quantities, or add additional items to an order. In that case you’ll need to place an additional order. To request an order change, send a email to email@example.com (be sure to reference your order number) or call us at 706-335-2668.
No, we do not share your email address with other companies. Periodically, we may send you email on special offers and new products. If you prefer, you can choose not to receive these emails.
At Boots Etc., we begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will normally ship within 24-48 hours, but may take longer due to inventory fluctuations. Orders placed after 11:00am CST are processed the following day. All orders placed after 11:00am CST Friday are processed the next business day; Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on holidays are processed the next business day following the holiday.
