Returns & Exchanges

Super easy online returns and exchanges! Visit our Return Center to get started. All you’ll need is your order number and zip code then we'll provide a prepaid USPS label for you to ship back your item(s).



Online Purchase Return Policy

Return items should be unworn, and still have their tags and original packaging. You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order. 

Exchanges: If we do not have the boot or item in the size you need, you may choose another style. If the price is higher, you will only pay the difference. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date received.

If you select a refund and generate a return label through, a return label fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. This $10 fee does not apply if you choose store credit or an exchange.

HOLIDAY POLICY: Purchases made between November 1 and December 31, qualify for our Extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy. Merchandise may be returned 60 days from purchase. All other conditions of the current Return/Exchange Policy still apply.



Exceptions to Online Return Policy

Returned products that are not in the condition you received them may not be accepted, or may incur a restocking fee. If applicable, the restocking fee will be taken out of your refund. Evaluation of the condition of your items is up to our discretion. And please note, once you have shipped your item to us, we cannot return it for any reason.

Used Items

Items that have been used, including those that show ordinary wear and tear, will not be accepted. This includes boots with scratched outer soles, scuffs, or any other visible signs of use. We strongly recommend trying on new boots on carpet to avoid scratching or scuffing the outer soles. We will not accept items that have been washed.

Damaged Items

We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence, abuse, accidents, or improper use.

Missing or Damaged Packaging

Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. If your items came with a shoe/boot box, the box must also be returned and undamaged. All items returned must still have their original tags on, if applicable.

Items Damaged or Lost During Return Shipping

We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. If returned merchandise is damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, it is your responsibility to pay the costs associated with repairs. Please take your time to carefully package returns to avoid any additional costs. 

Items Marked as Final Sale

We will not accept the return of items that have been marked as “Final Sale”.


In-Store Return Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have only 30 days after buying the items to return with original receipt. No refunds!

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or store credit, you must bring your item into the store and one of our managers will examine the item. After inspection of the item, we can accept or decline the exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the store.

Store credit does not expire and can only be used in-store.

Card Refunds

Transit time back to the store may take up to 7 business days. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund appear in your bank account (this depends on the financial institution).
