Exchange / Return Policy

Online

Returns are accepted only for unworn and unwashed items within the 30-days of purchase from the online store. Returns are accepted with a restocking fee of 15% and shipping expenses back to the store for the customer.

In-Store

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have only 30 days after buying the items to return with original receipt. No refunds!

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange or store credit, you must bring your item into the store and one of our managers will examine the item. After inspection of the item, we can accept or decline the exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the store.

Damage and Issues

Worn items will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Items marked “Final Sale” on a product tag are not eligible for a return, exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. No Exceptions!!

Store Credit

Store credit does not expire and can only be used in-store.

Card Refunds

Transit time back to the store may take up to 7 business days. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund appear in your bank account (this depends on the financial institution).
